NOOGA LIGHTS

Mark description

The mark consists of the word element of "NOOGA LIGHTS". The word element is then displayed within the design element as being two stacked words and with "NOOGA LIGHTS" having initial caps and being in a decorative serif-typeface having ornate serifs at the endings of the letter strokes. The lettering is further decorated within each of the letterings by also including end-stroke-ball- terminals both at the top right of the letters and also at the bottom swirling endings of the letters, and then is further decorated with fancy flourishes on the tails of the letterings and within the stems of the letterings. Each lettering is presented as itself being a singular festive decorative ornament, as demonstrated by all the central openings within the letterings being drawn using oblong and circular shapes as also representing the reflections of lights bouncing off a rounded ornament. Next, a further design element consisting of a strand of Christmas tree lights is woven throughout the middle of the design, and as beginning and crossing behind the left back of the "L", and then displaying 2 leftward- pointing tree-trim lights between the "L" and "I", then circling upwards to behind the first "O" to then exit at the middle of the "O" to then circle downward with a display of a leftward pointing light and a rightward pointing light before circling behind the top serif flag of the lower "g" to follow the contour of the top stem of the "H" and as between the stem of the upper "G" in "NOOGA" and the "H" in "Lights", and then the cord falls to behind the "H" and reemerges as displaying an upward-facing light that covers a part of the stem of the "G" in "NOOGA" and then encircles the left of the "T" upwards and over and then travels back downwards and having a leftward facing light, and then downward with a rightward facing light, and with the strand of lights finally weaving underneath the top stem of the "S" and then behind that stem and with the string of lights ending with a tailend swirling in an upward and rightward motion, and with that strand displaying in total seven small lights.
