MARCELLO

Mark description

The mark consists of the silhouette of a rightward orientated boy in red. The boy is wearing a German alpine hat with a feather located on the left side of the hat and pointing upward and to the left. The dome of the hat is situated to the right of the feather and also points upward and to the left. Two tufts of hair extending from the boy's forehead extend upward in front of the right section of the hat. Two small tufts of hair extending outward and the right are shown. The hair on the left side of the boy's forehead is shown. The boy is wearing traditional lederhosen with a short sleeved, white shirt underneath the lederhosen. Parts of the boy's legs are shown, and he is wearing red shoes with white points. The boy's right arm (from the perspective of the viewer) extends outward and to the right. The boy is pointing using his index finger on his left hand to point to the right. The remaining fingers on the boy's right hand are curled into a fist. The boy's left arm is bent at the elbow and is pointing upward and to the right. The boy is holding an object in his left hand. Starting to the left of the boy, superimposed over the boy's legs, and extending to the right of the boy is the word "MARCELLO" written in green script with black shading. The letter "M" in "MARCELLO" is capitalized, whereas the other letters are in lowercase script. A green line with black shading starting above the letter "A" and extending upward and to the right ending in a downward curve beyond the letter "O" is situated above the word "MARCELLO". The two "L" letters in the word "MARCELLO" are superimposed on the green line. The color white in the background of the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
