Mark description
The mark consists of a shirtless red devil caricature outlined in black having an oversized head and smaller-sized torso with gray colored legs and black colored boots. The devil's oversized head is positioned as if looking to the right so that the devil's right facial features are smaller than the left facial features. Two horns extend upward and the hairline of the devil caricature is receding with a widow's peak situated over the devil caricature's forehead. Hair on the left side and the devil's left side burn are shown. The devil caricature has two vertically-orientated, different sized egg-shaped white eyes. Prominent arching eyebrows are above each eye. The devil caricature has a large, bulbous nose that extends outward to the right and downward. The devil caricature's ears are pointed and extend outward and upward. The devil caricature has a curled mustache and a goatee with a closed smile. A narrow neck extends from the devil caricature's head to the right of the devil caricatures left shoulder. The devil caricature's left arm extends outward and to the left and bends downward and to left at the elbow. The devil caricature's hand consists of two upper, leftward pointing fingers and two downward pointing fingers with the uppermost finger being bent at the knuckle. The left lower finger points downward and the right lower finger points to five o'clock. The right arm begins just below the neck and extends downward and to the right at a forty five degree angle bending at the elbow and extending horizontally ending in a hand with a thumb and three fingers holding a gray trident. The thumb of the right hand of the devil caricature ends behind the shaft, whereas the three fingers are curled over the shaft of the trident. The upper prong of the gray trident curves upward and the right and the lower prong downward and to the right. All of the prongs of the gray trident have curved, pointed ends. A redtail with a pointed end extends outward beyond the fingers of the left hand, to the left and then to the right of the torso of the devil caricature. The tail ends in a triangle. The upper edge of the gray legs of the devil caricature consists of a jagged line giving the appearance of a "faun-like" creature. The left leg of the devil caricature extends downward and to the left ending in the tip of a black boot. The right end of the devil caricature extends outward and to the right, bends at the knee, extends downward ending in a rightward situated black boot. Starting to the left of the devil caricature, superimposed over the legs and extending to the right below and beyond the gray is the word "MARCELLO" written in green script and outlined in black. The letter "M" in "MARCELLO" is capitalized, whereas the other letters are in lowercase script. A green line starting above the letter "A" and extending upward and to the right ending in a downward curve beyond the letter "O" is situated above the word "MARCELLO". The two "L" letters in the word "MARCELLO" are superimposed on the green line. With the exception of the devil caricature's eyes, the color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
