Mark description

The mark consists of The logo consists of a unique and individual design of the number "40; a unique design of the number four that extends across the bottom half of the zero creating the bottom half of the zero; the zero being round with five bands of half circles creating the top of the zero; the bottom half of the zero is solid; there is a dove at the top slightly to the right of center; a streamer ribbon appears as a large circular pattern that extends from the back of the dove and travels downward and to the right edge of the logo and at about the halfway mark begins to cross the lower right section of the logo, crosses the bottom of the zero area near the bottom edge continuing almost to the left edge of the logo; there is a square in at the bottom slightly to the left of the center and has a wave which appears as a cut out in the bottom center of that small box; the all capital letters "OF CHRISTIAN MUSIC" follow the circular pattern along the edge of the lower right area of the zero circle; and the all capital letters of "DAYS & NIGHTS" appear across the cross line of the number "4" and extend from the left side of the "4" and ends shortly before the ribbon crosses the zero.
