Mark description

The mark consists of product packaging trade dress featuring the wording "OSHIBORI" in broken lines on the upper left corner of the label to show the position and placement of the features of the mark; a solid tan box on the left side of the label; a patterned, tan and white colored, rectangular box on the right side of the label with a white flower pattern repeating throughout the rectangle, where adjacent white flower petals contact each other at a point to form a circular shape such that the outer portion of the circular shape is white and the inner portion of the circular shape is a tan color. The broken lines depicting elliptical and rectangular outlines of various places on the packaging indicate where generic wording will be inserted, and the broken lines depicting the outline of the label, the wording and the shapes only serve to show the position and placement of the features of the mark, and these broken lines are not part of the mark.
