Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional bottle design. The bottle is white. The foil on the top of the bottle is white with an embossed diamond-like pattern. The word "MOET" appears vertically in pink on the neck of the bottle. Above the word "MOET", there is a pink star. Underneath the word "MOET", there is a ribbon design in black with pink trim around the neck of the bottle. Where the ribbon crosses, there is a circular pink seal featuring the words "MOET & CHANDON" in black in its upper portion and "FRANCE 1743" in black in its lower portion.  The wording is connected by a line of black dots around the outer left and right sides of the circle. A black stylized crown design is in the center of the circle, below the wording "MOET & CHANDON" and above the wording "FRANCE 1743".  At the base of the bottle, there is a rectangular white label with the words "MOET & CHANDON" in black in the center. Above the words "MOET & CHANDON" on the label is a gold crown design with the word "FRANCE" in black to the left of the crown and "1743" in black to the right of the crown. Underneath the words is a thin gold line. There is a thin pink band at the top of the bottle label, and there is a thick pink band at the bottom of the bottle label. The broken lines depicting the bottle shape and cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark
