Mark description

The mark consists of an oval, the top portion of which is in turquoise and is separated from the bottom portion by an empty space where a barcode would appear. The bottom portion of the oval below the aforementioned empty space is shaded in blue, with a gradation from left to right that appears in light blue at the left of the bottom portion of the oval to dark blue at the right of the bottom portion of the oval. Within the same is an empty square where a Quick-Response code would appear. At the top of the oval appears the stylized wording "AGRÍCOLA FAMOSA" on two lines in white above which there is a stylized depiction of three-white lines. Beneath the foregoing is the stylized depiction of the head, outer shell or carapace and under body or plastron of a turtle outlined in black. The turtle's head and face is colored in light green with darker blue-green spots at the top of the head, with the turtle's nose and mouth areas being outlined in black. Around the top of the turtle's head and outer shell or carapace, white lines appear for highlight purposes with black lines outlining the detail of the individual pieces that form the the carapace. The turtle's shell has gradations of color that range from dark blue to light blue. The plastron or under body of the turtle appears in tan with black outlines. The turtle's eyes are outlined for black with white circles, blue irises and black pupil areas with white flecks on the eyes for highlight purposes. To the right of the foregoing stylized turtle, there appears the stylized word "TARTO" in blue-green underneath which appears the stylized word "MELON" in black.
