Mark description

The mark consists of a wide double shield-like gold border. The center features the stylized gold-colored words "CARVER CIGAR". Above this is a gold top half semi-circle border featuring an inner semi-circle border comprised of gold dots. The center of the semi-circle border is a gold-colored stylized letter "C" featuring on the left and right side a rectangle outlined in gold. Above the semi-circle border are eight five-pointed gold stars arranged in a horizontal-like formation. To the left and right of the semi-circle border are designs that look like gold colored tree branches. Below "CARVER CIGAR" is "EST 2019" outlined in gold. Below EST 2019" are eight small gold circles. On each side of "EST 2019" are six gold designs that look like tall grass. The bottom center portion of the wide double shield-like gold border is a gold circular border featuring an inner gold incomplete circular border having a leaf outlined in gold. To the left and right of the gold circular border is a grill-like design outlined in gold. All of the color white inside the borders, literal elements, and design elements represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
