Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging in the nature of a metallic gold colored elongated oblong box shaped design with a green curved quadrilateral tab on the left-hand side of the front panel which contains the word "Kerrygold" in white stylised font. The wording "MILK FROM IRISH GRASS-FED COWS" appears in green text arched above the green tab. At the top of the green tab there is a design of a black and white cow facing to the right with its head down grazing on a tuft of gold grass. The gold grass sprouts up from a downwardly curved gold line that is positioned above the word "Kerrygold"; and beneath the word "Kerrygold" there is an upwardly curved gold line with three gold and green flowers breaking it up in the middle. The broken lines depicting the edges and shapes of the box indicate the shape and/or placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
