Mark description

The mark consists of the word "COLORBRITY" in black capital letters with the letter "O" replaced with a circle with a small center hole, wherein the circle is divided into twelve pie sections, and wherein each pie has the color red, maroon, orange, brown, tan, yellow, lime, green, blue, indigo, purple, or pink, placed in the order listed with each pie section divided by a thin space between each pie section and each section divided by thin spaces into seven smaller sections as the color in each section fades from dark to light. The color white represents background and/or transparent area and is not part of the mark.
