Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized design of a shield with the left half of the shield descending in a gradient from turquoise to purple to black and the right half of the shield descending in a gradient from black to purple to turquoise. The shield has a gradient border with the upper left half of the border being black, changing to purple along the left side and ending in turquoise along the left underside of the shield, and the upper right half of the border being purple, changing to turquoise along the right side and ending in purple and black along the right underside of the shield. The entire shield is outlined in grey. At the center of the shield is a stylized design of three polygons arranged in the shape of an arrow fletching to form the letter "M"- the polygon forming the left stem of the "M" is white and appears on the left half of the shield, the polygon forming the right stem of the "M" is grey and appears on the right half of the shield, and the polygon forming the central portion of the "M" appears longer than the other two polygons and is centered directly in the middle of the shield with the left half being white and the right half being grey.
