Mark description

The mark consists of a thick circle containing a background; surrounding the outer edge of the circle are a series of triangular shapes that resemble sun rays; inside the thick circle is a pattern of square-shaped lines forming a circular border; within this border is semicircular text at the top and bottom, with the top reading NIXTAMAL and the bottom reading FOODS; between the two lines of text is a guitar with strings, no headstock, and a neck extending upward; the guitar's body features a sound hole and is decorated with leaf-like patterns; there are three roses, two located at the bottom of the guitar"s body and one near the top; on either side of the guitar neck is an additional rose; leaning against the guitar is a sombrero adorned with circular lines, dots, and triangular patterns; behind the guitar and the roses are several cacti with small flower details; below the guitar, on the left and right sides, are two drawings of corn stalks, each with kernels and partially peeled husks; one stalk is positioned under the letter N and the other under the letter L.
