COLORADO CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY MCMXIV

Mark description

The mark consists of a double-lined outer circle inside of which are the words "Colorado Christian University" arched between the circles at the top and the capitalized letters "MCMXIV" arched at the bottom. Inside are two concentric circles containing three words in non-Latin characters, one of which is along the left of the interior of the circle, one of which is along the top of the interior of the circle, and one of which is along the right of the interior of the circle. The center contains a shield design in a roughly a triangular shape with its outline is made of two lines. Within this shield is a cross made of thick dark lines, the vertical line of which is centered within the shield and the horizontal line of which is slightly above the center of the shield. Within each of the thick dark lines of the cross is a thin line, slightly off center, running the full distance of the thick dark line. Covering the intersection of the lines of the cross is the design an open book with blank pages.
