PROSPECTOR

Mark description

The mark consists of a circle with two borders along the interior of the top and bottom one-third of the circle. In the bottom one-third of the circle, a stylistic depiction of rolling hills runs across the interior of the circle, below which are three sets of foliage and two lines suggesting uneven landscape. The outline of a person wearing a hat and holding a digging implement, crouching with one knee on the ground and the other knee up, upon which one of the person's arms is resting, is located in the center of the rolling hills. In the middle of the circle is the word "PROSPECTOR." The "P" and the second "R" in this word extend outside the circle shape and are located at the edges of a horizontal banner which also extends beyond the outside of the circle.
