ACTION FORCE

Mark description

The mark consists of the phrase "ACTION FORCE" using capitalized letters of a stylized font. The word "ACTION" is immediately above the word "FORCE". The letter "A" in "ACTION" and the letter "F" in "FORCE" are larger in size than the other letters that are equally sized. All letters, with the exception of the letter "I" in "ACTION", contain lines that give the appearance that the sections of the letters are separated. All letters are colored in a manner that gives the appearance that the letters were forged out of a silver metal. The letters are further colored in such a manner as to give the appearance of "scuff" marks. The letters in both "ACTION" and "FORCE" go from darker letters to lighter letters with the letter "A" in "ACTION" and the letter "F" in "FORCE" appearing to be darker than the letter "N" in "ACTION" and the letter "E" in "FORCE". Solid lines, colored similarly to the colors of the letters, extend from the top section of the letter "A" in "ACTION" and the top horizontal line letter "F" in "FORCE" above the other, smaller letters in "ACTION", i.e. "CTION" and in "FORCE", i.e. "ORCE" ending at the right edges of the letters "N" in "ACTION" and the letter "E" in "FORCE". The right horizontal leg in the letter "N" in "ACTION" extends upward merging with the horizontal line that begins after the letter "A" in "ACTION". All letters are slanted slightly to the right. A horizontal line, colored with the same metallic silver as the of parts of the mark, is situated directly below the word "FORCE" extending from the edge of the vertical leg of the letter "F" in "FORCE" to the right edge of the letter "E" in "FORCE". The color black in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
