Mark description
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear glass vodka bottle and cap with a raised desert sage flower design covering the top half of the bottle (other than the bottle neck, which is plain), a silver dollar coin embedded in the glass in the top-half of the bottle, and a label across the lower-half of the bottle. The coin consists of a stylized portraiture of the head of a woman facing to the left wearing a crown. The woman's head is contained within a circle with a decorative border, including ruffled edges. From the 10 o'clock to the 3 o'clock positions just inside the edges are the words "E PLURIBUS UNUM". At the bottom of the circle centered on the 6 o'clock position is the date "1878". To the right of the date are six stars, and to the left of the date are seven stars. Around the dollar coin is the wording "NEVADA H&C DISTILLING CO" and "LAS VEGALS NEVADA" and the design of two stars. Centered below the desert sage flower design is the label with a border. On the label are the words "SILVER DOLLAR" and "AMERICAN VODKA", "HC", "NEVADA H&C DISTILLING CO", "LAS VEGAS NEVADA", "SMALL BATCH", SILVER FILTERED", "COPPER POT DISTILLED IN LAS VEGAS NEVADA", and the design of two stars, one to the left and one to the right of the letters "HC" and eighteen stars surrounding the letters "HC". The broken lines depicting a bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
