Mark description

The mark consists of a cartoon-styled toy bear waring an army-styled camouflage helmet bearing a name plate with the words "SGT STITCHES" over the left ear, a scarf with a camouflage design, as well as two dog tags on a chain necklace around its neck. The bear has a button for its left eye and a bullet for its right eye containing the wording "·5.56·MTN" and is holding a bullet in the right-hand corner of its closed, upturned mouth. Stitching runs from the top of the bear's head straight down to the top of its nose, from the middle of its forehead to the upper right quadrant of the right-hand side of its forehead, and across the top of its right ear. The stitching on the bear's right ear is ripped in the middle, leaving the bear's plush insides exposed. Liquid runs from the top of the bear's head down to the middle of the right-hand side of its forehead. The bear is holding and firing a rifle, with the end of the rifle situated between the bear's right armpit and right elbow. The bear's right paw is closed around the base of the rifle, and the bear's left paw is on the bottom of the barrel/trigger. A muzzle flash is coming out the barrel of the rifle.
