Mark description

The mark consists of the silhouette of a man and woman in gradient colors of green, black and red, slightly overlapping and facing opposite directions. The overlapping silhouettes are partially enclosed in a partial gradient-colored outline of the District of Columbia. Centered beneath the partial diamond shape are the words "THE BLACK TECH" in white capital letters. Centered beneath the white letters is the word "COLLECTIVE" in all capital letters. All of the foregoing appears on a black background with merely represents contrast; the background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
