Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized words "BEE SOMETHING SPECIAL, LLC" in brown and tan centered in the upper portion and resting on a blue background. There are four dark green palm trees, one of each side of the words "BEE SOMETHING SPECIAL, LLC" and on either side of the design of the queen bee. Below the words "BEE SOMETHING SPECIAL, LLC" is a representation of a queen bee done in brown, tan, with white wings and a black eye. The queen bee wears a crown colored in gold and brown with two white stripes and five prongs. Within the blue background are seven smaller bees in tan, black and white Below the queen, on the blue background is a pink and purple box with a dark purple handle on the left side. Within the box is a brown, tan, and gold depiction of a honey comb and a tan and gold depiction of honey overflowing the left and right front sides of the box. Below the box on the blue background to the left front is the word "PURE" colored brown and light brown. The letter "U "of the word "PURE" is below a thin strand of gold and brown honey dripping from the box and there is a larger overflow of gold and brown honey just after the letter "E" in the word "PURE". Below the pink and purple box on the blue background to the right front is the word "RAW" colored brown and light brown and centered between two larger overflowing portions of brown and gold honey. Below the front corner of the box centered are the words "LOCAL HONEY" colored brown and light brown. The word "LOCAL" is just to the left of the box corner and the word "HONEY" is just to the right of the box corner. The letters "AL" of "LOCAL" are situation on the lower portion of the blue background and the letter "H" of the word "HONEY" is situated on the lower portion of the blue background. The remaining areas of white are not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represent background areas.
