Mark description

The mark consists of a white/off-white background with an image of a partial apple formed by a first red concave shape forming the upper left top portion of the apple and a second red concave shape forming the upper top portion and the side portion of the apple, where each of the red concave shapes have thin end portions and thick middle portions, where the first and second red concave shapes define an inside spce of the apple and are separated from each other by a center space proximate a center portion of the apple top. The mark also includes a brown, slightly curved cone shaped branch extending upward and to the left from the center space and a green curved leaf disposed adjacent to the cone shaped branch and extending upward and to the right from the center space. The literal elements "Red Apple" in red, stylistic font are disposed to be centered within the inside space of the apple and located directly under the center space where a small, green leaf is located directly above the "e" in "Apple." The literal element "CHEESE" is disposed under the literal elements "Red Apple" to be located directly under the "ed" in "Red" and the "A" in "Apple", where the literal element "CHEESE' is in capitalized gold/brown letters.
