LAWNIE'S

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized word "LAWNIE'S", capital letter "L" and remaining letters in lowercase, in a slanted script with the capital letter "L"'s horizontal line underscoring half of the word, to the letter "W", arching above the gnome logo. The word "LAWNIE'S" is colored in dark blue, with teal highlights to create a reflective appearance. Below the word "LAWNIE'S", the mark features a gnome lounging in a grey and black adirondack chair having a grey shadow and with his arms behind his head and his left leg crossed over his right at the knee. The gnome is wearing a red pointed hat; pink and black sunglasses; a green t-shirt; blue shorts; blue and white socks; and white, red, grey, and tan high-top sneakers with grey laces. The gnome has white hair visible beneath the red hat, a white and grey mustache, and white and grey pointed beard, as well as rounded pink and tan cheeks, a bulbous tan and pink nose, a visible tan lower lip and white upper teeth in a smile, and pointed tan and pink ears as facial features. The gnome's arms and legs which are visible outside of his clothing are tan. The color white appearing outside of the wording and design represents background and is not part of the mark.
