Mark description

The mark consists of a yellow ear of corn with white spots on individual kernels of corn. A yellow tassel extends from the ear of corn, with the tassel outlined in green and green lines within the tassel. A green husk surrounds the lower portion of the ear of corn. Yellow wings extend from the ear of corn, the yellow wings having border lines in brown and streaks of white. The ear of corn is against an orange background at the top and a background with a blue sky and white clouds at the bottom. A green circle surrounds the ear of corn, the orange background, and the sky and clouds. A blue circle surrounds the green circle with a darker blue at the top and a lighter blue at the bottom. A green circle surrounds the blue circle and a lighter green border surrounds the entirety. The lighter green border accommodates the wings and the tassel. Within the blue circle, the words "CORN FEST" are written in a stylized font in yellow above the ear of corn and the words "DOWNTOWN DEKALB" are written in a stylized font in white below the ear of corn.
