Mark description

The mark consists of three gray, orange, and light orange circles with decorative borders. The top and bottom circles are superimposed over a tan oblong with gray background patterns and the gray numbers "1" "9" "7" and "6". The top circle carries the black wording "RUTH ICELA MENA GUZMAN" where each word is separated by a black circle. At the center of the top circle, the orange silhouette of a man wearing a hat appears alongside an orange agave plant and above the orange letters "RIMG". The bottom circle carries the black wording "DENOMINACIÓN DE ORIGEN PROTEGIDA", orange numeral "6", the black wording "SIX YEARS OF BARREL AGING", and the orange wording "ZACATECAS". An orange barrel appears on each side of the "6". A black arrow appears on each side of "SIX YEARS". An orange circle appears on each side of "ZACATECAS". The center circle is incomplete. The center of the circle is tan with gray and orange lines. The left side of the center circle features an orange agave plant and a black line above and below the black wording "40% ALC. BY VOL. (80 PROOF)". The right side of the center circle features an orange agave plant and a black line above and below the black wording "750 ML". At the center of the center circle, and inside an orange oblong, an image of a tan woman outlined in orange appears with her arms and hands outspread. Above the woman's head, the image of a sun with orange rays appears. Below the woman, an orange agave plant appears. Above each of the woman's hands, an orange droplet appears. Above the woman, and outside the oblong, an orange agave plant appears between the black lettering "RIMG" and black number "1976". Below the woman, and outside the oblong, a black circle appears between the black wording "MEZCAL", "AÑEJO", and "AGAVE TEQUILANA". The white appearing outside the circles is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
