Mark description

The mark consists of a shield shape with white interior with a point on the bottom outlined in blue. The top portion of the blue is curved on the top in an arc with a thick blue band. The bottom portion of the blue band is arced on either side with a point in the middle that reaches downward. "PORTLAND" in a stylized white font is across the blue band. Across the bottom of the shield is a white ribbon outlined in blue that curls inward on each side. "HEARTS OF PINE" in a stylized blue font is centered in the center of the ribbon. A green tree extends up from the bottom right of the crest. The bottom left of the shield contains three wavy blue lines that extend from the left blue border of the shield toward the green tree on the right. A red heart is centered on the left side of the crest. Extending out from the red heart are tan lines that extend to the blue outline of the shield.
