Mark description

The mark consists of a gray circle contained inside another gray circle with the wording "ESTABLISHED" in gray in the upper portion between the two circles, the number "2008" in gray in the lower portion between the two circles, a red pepper with a white shine and a tan, brown, and black stem lying horizontally and whose left side overlaps the inner gray circle, a green pepper with a white shine and a tan, brown, and black stem positioned vertically above the red pepper and whose bottom portion overlays the red pepper, a yellow pepper with a white shine and a tan, brown, and black stem positioned vertically and partially behind the green pepper and whose stem is positioned behind the letter "L" in the word "ESTABLISHED", the wording "SPICES INC" in maroon in a horizontal position partially overlaying the sides of each circle, the green pepper and the yellow pepper. Apart from indicated herein, the color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
