Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the exterior of a laundry facility, having black walls. The exterior of the laundry facility is generally rectangular in shape and includes windows and doors, with the windows and doors having black paneling around each. The exterior of the laundry facility includes a rectangular signboard with the outline of a frame around the perimeter of the signboard. Each set of the doors on the exterior of the laundry facility has a large single pane window above the door. There are black vertical dividing columns between the doors and the windows. A decal of a clothesline with various types of clothing hanging from the clothesline features across the tops of the windows. Some of the windows feature circular decals. In the lower part of one window is a circular decal with a design of an outline of a container with ripples on the surface, and the wording WASH above the circle. In the lower part of another window is a circular decal with a single line square with a circle inside, and the wording DRY above the circle. In the lower part of another window is a circular decal with various curved lines, and the wording FOLD above the circle. In the lower part of a further window is a circular decal with the wording DROPOFF following the upper curve of the circle and the wording SERVICE following the lower curve of the circle, and the wording SAME DAY in the middle with horizontal lines under and over the wording SAME DAY. Below each circular decal is a black monogram banner decal. The lower end of each window without a circular decal includes a black monogram banner decal. The broken lines depicting the outline of the building, doors and windows indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
