Mark description

The mark consists of a depiction of a brown hare with two ears. The hare possesses a beige face, two large eyes with navy blue pupils around blue irises and white areas at the top, and a small pink nose. The depiction appears to be smiling exposing its red mouth, pink tongue and one small half-oval white front tooth. The hare has on a yellow cap with a blue rim and blue visor with shading throughout. The hare is wearing a yellow closed jacket over a white shirt with two blue pockets toward the bottom of the jacket and is holding a silver wrench in his left hand while his right hand is raised upward in a snapping motion with three short blue lines above his fingers. Both hands are partly beige and partly brown. The hare has on blue pants with shading throughout and a small brown tail behind the wrench and has two large feet with a beige underside to his left foot. The image is outlined in navy blue, and possesses white highlights along the top and right side of the elements in the design, and a pale blue shadow outline in the lower and left sides of the design in most areas. To the right of the depiction is the literal element "Lickety-Split" written in navy blue stacked font with blue outlining and a yellow and blue banner directly below with the literal elements "A/C PLUMBING ELECTRIC" written in navy blue stylized font with a blue dot separating each term. The mark is featured on a white background which is not a feature of the mark.
