The mark consists of the stylized wording "MARINE CORPS SYSTEMS COMMAND" and "PROUDLY SUPPORTING STEM" in white appearing within a navy blue ring of a circular design. The navy blue ring is bordered on the outside by a rope design outlined in black and filled in gold. The blue ring is bordered on the inside by another ring outlined in black and filled in gold. Within the gold ring is a circle containing four sections. The top left section is filled in yellow with black lines and circles reminiscent of circuitry. The top right section is filled in green and features cogs in black. The bottom left section is filled in royal blue and features curved bands reminiscent of latitudinal and longitudinal lines. The bottom right section is filled in orange and features portions of a percentage symbol, and equal symbol, and an arrow in black. Overlaid on the four sections a triangle filled in yellow and outlined in gold, which in turn contains another triangle filled in red and outlined in black. At the bottom of the gold triangle is the stylized wording "STEM" in navy blue. Overlaid on the triangle designs is the stylized design of an eagle with a banner in its beak, which is perched atop a stylized globe, and with a stylized anchor design featuring a braided anchor line behind the globe. The eagle is filled in white and outlined in black, the banner is filled in white and outlined in black, the globe is in black, white, and red, and the anchor and anchor line are filled in white and outlined in black. The remaining color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
