Mark description

The mark consists of a two-dimensional packaging design. The shape of the bag is in dotted lines. The dotted lines are not claimed as a feature of the mark and only show the position or placement of the mark on the container. The background color of the packaging is red. The stylized word "RUNNERS" is situated in the middle of the packaging. It is yellow on a black background, all outlined in white, over a wider red background with an irregular shape, with a white outline. Extending from the word "RUNNERS" to the right of the packaging are alternating bands of dark and light blue. A yellow starburst appears from the left side of the packaging on the top and bottom of the letter "R". The yellow bursts extend across the middle of the package as yellow and green stripes. The dark orange snack is in the shape of a car; one appears above the word "RUNNERS" and two appear below, over a yellow background. Also, under and to the right of the word "RUNNERS" is a green and dark green wedge of lime and a whole red chili pepper with a green stem, outlined in yellow.
