Mark description

The mark consists of the upper case letter A surrounded by a circle, all inside of a bolt-shaped design, above the upper case letters B and S and each surrounded by a circle, both of which are inside of bolt-shaped designs. There is space outside the three bolt shapes all of which is outlined by a line forming three intersecting circles. The three bolts-shaped design is inside a circle outlined with a black line encircling the bolts-shaped design, with a white line inside of the black line. The words AMERICAN BOLT & SCREW and two stars are in a larger circle between the inner and outer circles. AMERICAN is at the top inside the larger circle and BOLT & SCREW are at the bottom inside the larger circle. The two stars appear inside the larger circle on either side separating AMERICAN and BOLT & SCREW.
