Mark description

The mark consists of a circular shape with the wording "TEXAS KARATE INSTITUTE" in black around the top half of the circle with a black dot between "TEXAS" and "KARATE" and between "KARATE" and "INSTITUTE" and a design of a black tied belt around the bottom half of the circle; the next inner ring of the circular shape has a five pointed black star inside of a white polygon outlined in black, followed by a blue arching band with three white five pointed stars; the center of the circular shape is formed by three red vertical stripes alternating with two white vertical stripes; and there is a design of a leaping and kicking person in white and outlined in black wearing a white karate robe with black outlining and a black belt; the white areas between the circular design elements is a transparent area and not a feature of the mark.
