Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional packaging design with a panda holding a bottle of milk and a chocolate dragee in its right hand, with the stylized word "JOYCO" in brown and white above the stylized light blue wording "MILK CHOCOLATE" above the stylized light purple wording "DRAGEE" on the panda's belly. The left hand of panda is raised and the paws of the feet are directed towards the viewer. The panda has a white body with gray shading and black ears, black neck, black arms, black hands with white paw pads, black feet with white paw pads, and black patches around the eyes which are brown with black pupils with white sclera and white flecks, a brown nose, a black smiling mouth with black lips, white teeth, and a brown tongue. The bottle of milk is outlined in white with a gray cap and white milk with gray shading. The dragee is white with brown chocolate on top. There is a light gray and white border around the panda that forms a horizontal line below the panda with a white background inside the border. The broken lines depicting the hang hole in the light gray and white border indicate placement of the mark on the goods and is not part of the mark. All other instances of the color white in the mark represents background and/or transparent areas and are not part of the mark.
