The mark consists of a decorative design consisting of a semicircle with the word "THE" written inside the semicircle, six irregular polygons extending from and around the semi-circle, and two symmetrical ornamental designs with volutes extending from the opposite sides of said semi-circle and polygon design; a rounded horizontal banner containing the word "UNITED," which appears centered below the decorative design; a smaller curved banner containing the word "THEATER," which appears centered below the first horizontal banner; a rounded horizontal line with two small circles at each end of the horizontal line, all of which appear below the first horizontal banner and above and behind the curved banner; a semicircle containing the word "ON," which appears centered below and partially covered by the curved banner; and a rounded horizontal banner containing the word "BROADWAY," which appears centered below and partially covered by the curved banner and the semicircle with the word "ON".
