Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangle as a carrier with slightly rounded corners and the borders of the rectangle colored dark blue.  The inside of the rectangle is colored blue and white, with the two colors separated by stylized mountains.  A yellow sun appears inside the rectangle and above the stylized mountains on a shaded blue background.
