Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized design of a peanut with shell with human characteristics sitting down and holding a snack container in one hand up to its mouth with its other hand in a stylized pocket formed by a single line.  The peanut appears in two shades of tan and has black arms and legs, a black mouth with a maroon interior and maroon tongue and white teeth, black eyebrows, black nose, and white and black eyes. The peanut is wearing black sunglasses. The peanut is also wearing a cap sideways. The cap appears in two shades of green and two shades of orange, and features an oval cut-out shape on the side outlined in black where the tan shell of the peanut shows through.  The brim of the cap is maroon featuring a pink highlight and is outlined in black with a black interior. The peanut is wearing tennis shoes.  The tennis shoes are multicolored in nature featuring the colors tan, orange, pink, green, maroon, and white and outlined in black. The snack container the peanut is holding in one hand has a jagged top as if it has been opened. The snack container is orange and green and outlined in black and features two capital letter N's in the color black. The single line forming the stylized pocket for the peanut's other hand is brown.
