Mark description

The mark consists of two concentric circles - an outer blue circle and an inner red circle. The outer circle encases a white circular band with the words "ALL VETERANS" at the top in black capital letters, a single red five-pointed star on the left and right sides of the circular band, and the words "OF AMERICA" in black capital letters at the bottom. The inner red circle is comprised of a plain red line with a white background. The white background contains a blue triangle with white background at the top, a black arrow pointing to the southeast area of the circle, a blue square with white background in the southeast section of the circle, a black arrow pointing to the southwest side of the circle, a blue circle with white background in the southwest area of the circle, and a black arrow pointing to the top center of the circle. The arrows and shapes are forming a circle. Inside this design is an American flag comprised of seven red and six white stripes and 14 white stars on a small blue background in the upper left of the flag.
