Mark description

The mark consists of a black background and across the bottom is the word ECLIPSE in white lettering, and centered over that word is a concentric circle design, the innermost circle is white, then a grey line serves to divide the innermost circle from the outer circle which is divided in half, the left half is black and the right half is red, and this is surrounded by a grey line border from the black background. At the bottom of the concentric circle design is a black circle outlined with a grey line.
