Mark description

The mark consists of a design, centered on the left side of the drawing, of a cheeseburger with french fries in front of the cheeseburger. Above the cheeseburger are the words "THE ORIGINAL HURB'S" wherein "ORIGINAL" and "HURB'S" are centered above the cheeseburger and "THE" is angled above the "O" of "ORIGINAL". "THE ORIGINAL" is in cursive font and "HURB'S" is in capital block letters. Between the letters "B" and "S" of "HURB'S" is a 3-leaf clover. Below the french fries and centered is the word "BURGERS" in capital block letters. On the right hand side of the drawing is a cartoon-like man wearing a chefs hat and apron and carrying a to-go box in his left hand with steam coming out of the box and his right hand is placed on a note tablet with a microphone on a stand. On his apron is the word "HURB'S" with a clover under the letter "R".
