Mark description

The mark consists of the configuration of a blue, red, white, gray and light blue fuel dispenser. The valance at the top left contains the word "MOBIL" where the letters are displayed in blue except for the "O" which is displayed in red on a white background. The color blue is displayed in the middle and bottom portions of the dispenser with a gray, light blue and red panel in the middle displayed on a blue background. In the middle of the bottom blue portion of the dispenser is a white panel with the word "MOBIL" on the left with the letters displayed in blue except for the "O" which is displayed in red, and a red flying horse on the right side of the white panel. The left side of the dispenser is in light gray with a series of dark gray circles. The other matter shown in broken lines in the drawing demonstrates the positioning of the mark only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
