Mark description

The mark consists of an oval form with three concentric ovals inside and with two oyster shells in the center and the words "FARM RAISED FARM FRESH" in a curved arc above them, within the oval form. A banner underneath the shells stretches across the oval and beyond with the words "NORTH FORK OYSTER COMPANY". Above the sections of the banner that extend beyond the oval are six wave designs, three on each side. Above the waves and below the banner, on the edge of the outer oval, are a series of thin lines. Above and below the series of lines are dots, one at the top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right. At the top and bottom of the outer oval are elements of curled ornamentation in resembling that of wooden furniture.
