Mark description

The mark consists of a yellow circle as a background, one that becomes transparent as it reaches the upper left edge of the circle. Inside the circle and part of the background are water droplets formed from rings of darker yellow. The lower part of the background in the circle is filled in with the color green. From the circle's center to the bottom of the green-filled part of the circle there, there are white lines. On the perimeter of the circle, a green arrow covers three-fourths of the perimeter. Beginning at the break in the arrow is the text "NEXT PLUMBING & DRAIN". The text is in the color purple, except for the "X" in "NEXT," which is green. There are also three white stars within the perimeter of the green area of the circle, located to the right of "&," below the "A" AND "I" in the word "DRAIN," and to the right of "N" in the word "DRAIN." All other white indicates transparent background material and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
