Mark description
The mark consists of the word "AGRIVAR", which mark is divided into a solid light green for the first four (4) letters "AGRI" and a solid dark green color for the last three (3) letters "VAR", where the top of the left stroke of the letter "V" slightly crosses the top of the stem of the letter "I", where the first three (3) letters "AGR" are capitalized, which first three (3) capitalized letters are followed by a lower case letter "I", which lower case letter "I" stem is the same height as the previous three (3) capitalized letters, where the tittle of the lower case letter "I" is replaced with an image of four (4) plant leaves along the long axis of a leaf stem, where the lower two (2) leaves along the long axis of the leaf stem are larger than the upper two (2) leaves, where the four (4) leaves alternate on either side along the long axis of the leaf stem: the first larger lower leaf is on the right, the second larger lower leaf is on the left and is slightly higher than the first lower leaf, the first smaller upper leaf is on the right and is slightly higher than the second larger leaf on the left, and the second smaller upper leaf is on the left and is slightly higher than the first upper leaf on the right; the lower case letter "I" also has five(5) lines on the bottom of the stem of the lower case letter "I", which lines have the colors from left to right: red, orange, yellow, light blue, and dark blue, representing a stylized root system, and where the red and orange lines and light blue and dark blue lines are shorter and equally divided symmetrically on each side of the relatively longer yellow taproot central line; the letters following the lower case letter "I" comprise a large font capital letter "V", a small font capital letter "A", and a large font capital letter "R".
