Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized navy blue "A" consisting of an upwardly concave and left-hand facing swish terminating at an upper pinnacle, an upwardly concave and right-hand facing swish terminating at the pinnacle, and a horizontal swish with a downward concavity on the left-hand side thereof, the horizontal swish intersecting the upwardly concave and left-hand facing swish and the upwardly concave and right-hand facing swish, the letters "DVANCED" in navy blue uppercase letters extending from the right hand side of the horizontal swish, and the word "SOLUTION" in teal blue uppercase letters positioned below the letters "VANCED", an upper left-hand 90-degree arcuate segment being partly teal blue and partly orange and a lower right-hand 90-degree arcuate segment being partly teal blue and partly orange having respective concave portions thereof facing away from each other, the arcuate segments being positioned above and to the right of the letter "D".
