Mark description

The mark consists of a blue outline of a rectangle with rounded corners around a gold rectangle with rounded corners around a blue rectangle with rounded corners around a white rectangle with blue diagonal lines in the top half of the rectangle and gold diagonal lines in the bottom half of the rectangle, slanted upward from left to right. The upper portion of the blue diagonal lines are thicker than lower portion of gold diagonal lines.
