Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a rectangular handbag which appears primarily in brown and tan weaving on each of the sides, with a brown horizontal striped band appearing across the top of the back of the bag with another horizontal brown band also running across the front of the bag which is intersected by a middle vertical brown band also on the front. Centered on the front top horizontal brown band of the bag appears the stylized wording "W W WHALE TAIL WEAVING" imprinted in brown, wherein the "W W" has an artistic rendering of a tail in between the two W's and connecting both, which is stacked on top of "WHALE TAIL" which is stacked on top of "WEAVING" with small horizontal lines on either side of the stylized word "WEAVING". The attached handle of the bag is brown, and is fastened to the bag by cream color fasteners with gold circular detail at their center located on either side of the top portion of the bag. The brown shoulder strap has gold hardware fasteners, and also attaches to the bag via two brown tabs with gold loops that appear either side of the top inside portions of the bag. Outside, the bottom part of the bag is shaded brown has four gold circular cone feet with a cream shaded circle at the center of the bottom part of the bag. Inside, the bottom portion of the bag is shaded brown with a large cream shaded circle at the center with the wording "W W" imprinted in cream where "W W" has an artistic rendering of a tail in between the two W's and connecting both. The dotted lines indicate that these shapes and features are not a part of the mark, and only serves to show the position of the marks on the handbag. The color white indicates transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
