Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle. The cap is gold. On the neck of the bottle is a blue label that is outlined in gold bands. On the neck of the bottle is a blue band with upper and lower horizontal golden lines. Centered between the gold lines is a gold colored heartshaped shield. Below the neck portion, and at the top of the body portion of the bottle, appears the depiction of a heart shaped shield embossed into the glass forming the bottle. Below that wording appears a label consisting of a blue-colored crest design. At the upper portion of the crest appears the wording "CHIVAS REGAL" in white, located within a blue ribbon-like banner. Below the blue banner is a heart-shaped shield in gold. At the center of the heart-shaped shield is "AGED 18 YEARS" in gold and white. The entire label design is superimposed over two crossed spears. Below the entire crest label, at the bottom of the bottle, appears a rectangular blue strip with gold upper and lower borders. The strip contains the lettering "THE GOLD SIGNATURE" and "XVIII" in gold. Below the strip is a glass band at the bottom of the bottle. The dotted outline of the bottle is not part of the mark, but merely serves to show the position of the mark on the goods.
