Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized red wording “MY FAMOUS DAIQ’S & DOGS” arched above the stylized design of a beach scene. The beach sand is light brown and there are green bushes, three green and dark brown palm trees, and a yellow sun. On the beach is the stylized design of a hot dog sandwich with human characteristics in the colors red, yellow, brown, white, and black.
