Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangular design with a green upper horizontal band and a red lower horizontal band appearing as the upper and lower ends of the rectangular design. The green upper horizontal band is wider at the left side than at the right side of the rectangular design and has a curved lower border. The red lower horizontal band is wider at the right side than at the left side of the rectangular design and has a curved upper border. The green curved lower border is outlined first in white and then in yellow. The red curved upper border is outlined first in white and then in yellow. The gray space in the middle of the design and between the upper and lower yellow outlining represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent area and is not part of the mark. Superimposed on the upper yellow outlining and the gray space is the stylized wording "ZUMBAZO" in red letters outlined in white superimposed on a design that resembles a spilling red liquid outlined in white. Below the "ZUMBAZO" design is the wording "TAMARIND" in green letters outlined in black and then outlined in white and the wording "& GUAVA" is below "TAMARIND". The "&" is red and outlined in black then outlined in white and "GUAVA" is in orange letters outlined in black and then outlined in white. Two brown tamarinds and two green leaves are outlined in black and then outlined in white and positioned to the left of the wording "TAMARIND & GUAVA". A yellow guava having a brown stem and a green leaf are outlined in black and then outlined in white and positioned to the right of the wording "TAMARIND & GUAVA". On the gray space below the two brown tamarinds is an open white tub container nearly filled with a red sauce and a white flat spoon above the open container with red sauce spilling from the spoon into the container. The side of the container includes the stylized wording "ZUMBAZO" in red letters outlined in white superimposed on a design that resembles a spilling red liquid. To the right of the container and superimposed on the gray space, the lower yellow and white outlining and the red lower horizontal band is the stylized wording "ZUMBA PICA" with "ZUMBA" in orange letters above "PICA" in red letters and appearing above a vortex in green, altogether with black and white outlining.
