Mark description

The mark consists of a side view of blue colored water having a plurality blue colored waves running along the top of the blue colored water, a plurality of white colored waves disposed on top of the blue colored, wherein the white colored waves are aligned with the blue colored waves such that the troughs and crests of the white colored waves and the blue colored waves are aligned, and a plurality of light blue colored waves disposed on top of the white colored, wherein the light blue colored waves are aligned with the white colored waves such that the troughs and crests of the light blue colored waves and the white colored waves are aligned, and where the right side of the blue colored water, the white colored waves and the light blue colored waves include a rounded end; to the right hand side of and spaced apart from the blue colored water, the white colored waves and the light blue colored waves is an orange triangular shaped wedge, wherein the angle between the adjacent side and the hypotenuse side of the wedge is rounded and wherein the opposite side of the wedge is rounded to be shaped like the rounded right end portions of blue colored water, the white colored waves and the light blue colored waves; and the literal elements WATERFORCE disposed below the blue colored water and the orange triangular shaped wedge and sized to extend from end to end of the blue colored water and the orange triangular shaped wedge, wherein "WATER" is colored black and "FORCE" is colored orange.
