Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "THE RUM" stacked above the word "GIRL" all of the wording in yellow with a black shadow, which is contained in the middle of and in front of six flowers. The wording "GARNETT PHILLIP" is in white and contained in the lower area of the same flowers. Both the words and flowers are positioned in front of a spherical wood grained barrel in shades of brown with three tan-shaded hoops in the upper half of the barrel and one tan-shaded hoop in the lower half of the barrel. Black vertical bands separate the planks of the barrel and horizontal black bands form shadows adjacent to the tan-shaded hoops. The flowers include four hibiscus flowers in shades of red with yellow pistils. Two of the red flowers have stems with leaves, both in shades of green. The flowers also include one hibiscus flower in shades of pink with a yellow pistil, and one hibiscus flower with the center of the flower's petals in shades of pink and the edges of the petals in shades of yellow with a yellow pistil. In addition, the mark includes three hibiscus flowers with leaves shown only in outline in yellow, located in front of the barrel. The barrel is in front of a black background, which is not claimed as a feature of the mark and is intended to represent a transparent area.
